Tohono O’odham leaders are challenging border-wall construction they say threatens sacred sites, cultural practices and the environment. A federal judge denied the Nation’s request to pause construction, and the Nation appealed; Rep. Adelita Grijalva and other lawmakers also urged the administration to stop construction pending consultation.
