Tom Cotton Is Concealing Classified Gain-Of-Function Docs, Rand Paul Says

Rand Paul accused Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Tom Cotton of blocking his committee from accessing classified documents on gain-of-function research. Paul called for independent scientists to assess the research; Cotton and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence had not responded to a request for comment.
